# Group / Corporate Membership

> Group membership entity for corporate accounts

Group membership entity for corporate accounts

Represents corporate group accounts with seat management.

## Business Rules

* Occupied seats cannot exceed total seats
* Admin email must be valid
* Cannot reduce seats below occupied count
